Inviting Users
Learn how to invite team members to projects
Inviting User to Project
- Open the Project
- Press the project setting button in the bottom of the sidebar
- In the "Collaborators" section add the GitHub Name of the user you want to invite then click "Add"

The added user will receive an email invitation and can then access the corresponding project.
warning
If the user didn't receive an email invitation, make sure you typed the GitHub name correctly.
Removing Users
To remove a user:
- Find the user in the member list
- Click on trashcan icon
- Confirm the removal

The user immediately loses access.
Best Practices
- ✅ Make sure GitHub name of invited user is correct
- ✅ Regularly review the member list
- ✅ Remove inactive users
- ✅ Document who has access
