Navigation and User Interface

Learn how to navigate OPaaS and use all features effectively.

The left sidebar shows:

  • Use the search bar to search for stage names

Environments (Stages)​

  • List of all project environments
  • Status indicators (running, stopped, error)
  • Click on an environment to open it

Status Indicators​

Stages have colored status indicators:

  • 🟒 Green - Running
  • 🟑 Yellow - Stopped
  • πŸ”΄ Red - Error or Starting

Main Area​

The main area shows different tabs:

History​

  • Purpose: Git commits and deployment history
  • What you'll find here:
    • List of all commits
    • Deployment status
    • Build steps

Logs​

  • What you'll find here:
    • Current Logs of your application

Webshell​

  • Purpose: Further control for the application
  • What you'll find here:
    • Web-based SSH-Shell
    • View logs, open Odoo shell, see detailed storage usage, upade modules and connect to PSQL database

Mails (only in Stagings)​

  • Purpose: Test the mailing function in your application
  • What you'll find here:
    • An overview of the outgoing mails from your staging

Editor​

  • Purpose: Webbased IDE and editor
  • What you'll find here:
    • Logs
    • Custom Code
    • Possibility to run custom python code

Monitor​

  • Purpose: Monitoring
  • What you'll find here:
    • Current usage of CPU, RAM, Storage and Network

Backups​

  • Purpose: Manage your Backups
  • What you'll find here:
    • Create, import, restore and download your backups

Settings​

  • Purpose: Configure your stage
  • What you'll find here:
    • Action buttons for start, stop or restart
    • Log level configuration
    • Revision selection
    • Rebuild option
    • Rebase - Change Odoo version
    • Custom mail domain setup
    • Sub Modules
    • Custom HTTP-Domain
    • Custom Odoo configuration
    • Worker configuration
    • Delete stage
